Sponsor resource centre brings clarity to detailed plan information
A new sponsor resource centre makes it easy for Great-West Life group retirement and savings plan sponsors to see what’s happening in their plan(s), even from a mobile device. Customizable, user-friendly widgets provide sponsors with plan information that can help them monitor their plan’s health.
The resource centre and its tools are backed by extensive research and feedback from sponsors and other industry stakeholders. These expert insights contributed to the development of a resource centre that makes it easier for sponsors to make strategic decisions, which can help plan members achieve their financial goals.
Widgets
The resource centre includes two widgets delivering information about plan(s):
- Asset balances – Sponsors can see month-end asset balances by plan, subgroup, asset class, investment manager or fund.
- Asset activity – Access combined contributions, withdrawals and fund-to-fund transfers, or break them out to see each view in greater detail.
Each widget offers summary, trend and ages views of data, which are interactive, graphed and located right on the home page. Expanding the views provides more detail and allows sponsors to download graphs or data.
Important messages and plan governance tool
Also on the sponsor resource center are:
- Important messages – This is where sponsors find out what’s new and get time-sensitive announcements, such as legislative updates, important deadlines and recent fund changes.
- Plan governance tool – Here sponsors can complete questionnaires and save information about compliance with guidelines for the governance and operation of their plan(s).
